Rebuilding Lives

The family support services arm of The CARE Center focuses on undergirding the family unit with a varied support system of people, services and resources. The overarching goal is to help family units enhance life skills and resolve problems.

Dental & Eye Referral Services

Our network of dentists, hygienists and optometrists provide various professional, patient-centered care to adults and children. A member of our Care Team will evaluate your needs and refer you to a dentist or optometrist in our network.

The Fatherhood Initiative

Fathers play an important role in the lives of their children, families and communities. Building on research that demonstrates the importance of father involvement in children's lives and the changing role fathers play, we offer mentoring, parenting skills, coaching, resources and education to support fathers.

Kids Care

A fun and safe environment where the youngest CARE Center guests can enjoy being a kid, while their parents or guardians shop for food and clothes, meet with an attorney or have an appointment with a member of the Care Team. This space allows children to play and be creative, while Care Team volunteers ensure they have a great experience and feel loved.

If you have a passion for children, Kids Care is a great place to serve alongside other Care Team volunteers who share that love for our young guests. Kids Care serving opportunities are during normal CARE Center hours. If you are interested, sign up as a Kids Care volunteer.

Youth in Transition

We offer support to youth transitioning from foster care—through an array of services and resources designed to assist them as they work toward self-sufficiency. We offer personalized transition plans that address topics such as education, housing, employment, finances, as well as physical and mental health referrals.

English as a Second Language (ESL) Program

The CARE Center offers English as a Second Language (ESL) classes for Adult English Language Learners. These classes are designed to teach students conversational English and to develop cultural skills to successfully live and work in the United States. These classes allow students to learn to speak, read and write the English language in a relaxed and supportive environment.

We have the right volunteer opportunity for you!

We rely on our incredible CARE Team volunteers to serve our guests through a variety of CARE Center programs and would love to help you get connected to a serving role that fits your gifts and interests.
